The app may process selected media on secure servers when server-side AI processing is required. Media is used only to provide the requested processing and is not used to train AI models.
The app may also process limited technical, device, crash, and advertising-related information through third-party services such as Firebase Crashlytics and Unity Ads, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Core Feature Functionality:
To process images and videos selected by the user and apply AI-driven color transfer, color style transformation, and manual media adjustment features such as Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Hue, Temp, and Tint.
AI Processing:
To utilize a trusted pre-trained AI model for performing color transformations across different media formats, including Image-to-Image, Video-to-Video, Image-to-Video, and Video-to-Image color style transfer.
App Performance & Stability:
To monitor application performance, analyze stability, and detect technical issues or crashes using anonymous analytics services like Firebase Crashlytics.
Security & Maintenance:
To ensure the security, reliability, and proper functioning of our application and any server-side processing, and to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Service Improvement:
To improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our color transfer algorithms and enhance the overall user experience.
Advertising:
Phorcysty uses Unity Ads to display advertisements within the application and support the operation and maintenance of the service. Depending on the user's consent choice and applicable privacy requirements, Unity Ads may process limited technical, device-related, and advertising-related information to serve and measure advertisements. Where personalized advertising is applicable, it is provided based on the user's selected consent. Users may also choose to continue with non-personalized advertising.
Important Note on Media Usage:
We do not use your personal images or videos for any purpose other than providing the requested processing services. Your media files are used strictly to perform color transfer and color enhancement operations. They are not used to train our AI models, are not stored permanently on our servers, and are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Internet & Network Usage:
To enable online services such as collecting crash reports and performance analytics using Firebase Crashlytics, and supporting required server-side AI processing for color transfer, color style transformation, and supported image upscaling.
An active internet connection is required for server-side AI processing, and without internet access, these AI-based features may not function properly.
We use network access strictly to provide these services and improve app stability. Selected images or videos are transmitted to our server only when the user initiates a feature that requires server-side processing.
Phorcysty requests access to photos and videos on the device to allow users to select media for AI-powered processing, color transfer, style transformation, manual editing, and supported image upscaling features.
User-Initiated Access:
Media access is initiated by the user. The application accesses selected photos
or videos when the user chooses media through the in-app media picker or other
supported media-selection options.
Photos and Videos:
Depending on the Android version and the user's selection, Phorcysty may request
the appropriate Android media permissions to access photos and videos selected
by the user. On supported Android versions, the user may also choose to grant
access only to specific selected media.
Camera Access:
Phorcysty may request camera access when the user chooses to capture a photo
directly within the application. Camera access is used only for user-initiated
photo capture and processing. The application does not access the camera in
the background.

Selected media may be used for the following supported features:
Saving Results:
When you choose to download or export a processed result, Phorcysty saves the
result to the device using Android's supported media-storage mechanisms. Image
exports may be saved in supported formats such as PNG, JPG/JPEG, WEBP, or SVG.
No Background Media Access:
Phorcysty does not access, modify, or upload photos or videos in the background
without a user-initiated action.
Temporary Processing:
Selected media may be temporarily processed on the device and/or uploaded to
Phorcysty's server when server-side AI processing is required. Such media is
used only to provide the requested processing service and is not used to train
our AI models.
Phorcysty allows users to save processed media to their device when they choose the Download or Export option.
Image Export Formats:

SVG Export:
The SVG export option stores the processed image within an SVG file using
embedded PNG image data. This export does not convert the image into
independent editable vector paths.
Local Storage:
When a user downloads or exports a result, the resulting file is saved to
the device using Android's supported media-storage mechanisms. The saved
file remains under the user's control and can be managed or deleted using
the device's normal file or gallery management features.
User-Initiated Downloads:
Phorcysty does not automatically save processed media to the device.
Saving or exporting a result occurs only after the user initiates the
corresponding Download or Export action.

Unity Ads:
Phorcysty uses Unity Ads to display advertisements within the application. Temporary Processing: User-selected images and videos are temporarily uploaded to our secure servers solely to provide the AI-driven color transfer and color enhancement features requested by the user.
Deletion Policy: Media files are retained on our servers only for the duration required to complete the processing and deliver the results back to your device. Once processing is successfully completed, these files are queued for automatic deletion and are removed from our servers within a reasonable period.
No Permanent Storage: We do not provide any long-term storage or cloud hosting for user media. Your files are not permanently stored, and we do not maintain any backups of your personal images or videos.
Local Temporary Files:
During processing, the application may temporarily store selected media or
processing results in the app's local cache. These temporary files are used to
complete the requested operation and may be automatically removed according to
the application's cache and processing lifecycle.
No AI Training: We strictly do not use your personal media files to train, improve, or refine our AI models. Your data is used only for your specific processing session.
Third-Party Data: Non-personal technical data, such as crash reports and diagnostic information, collected by Firebase Crashlytics is retained in accordance with its data retention policies.
Accountability: You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the application.

Phorcysty may request camera permission to allow users to capture photos directly within the application. Camera access is used only when initiated by the user for photo capture and processing. The application does not access the camera in the background or without the user's action.
